RECBC publishes its disciplinary hearing decisions, consent orders, qualification hearing decisions and special compensation hearing decisions.

Decisions and consent orders are also available through the Canadian Legal Information Institute  — will open in a new tab, a public legal research database.

Publication Policy

Decisions and consent orders are posted on RECBC’s website for five years, ten years, or indefinitely, depending on the penalty imposed.
