NOTICE OF RESCISSION ORDER

Whereas on the 9th day of May 2012, an Order in Urgent Circumstances was made by a Discipline Committee of the Real Estate Council suspending the licence of Smrat (Sam) Sharma in the public interest under section 45(2) of the Real Estate Services Act, and whereas on the 6th day of June 2013, a Consent Order was made by a Consent Order Review Committee, which is a Discipline Committee of Council, under section 43 of the Real Estate Services Act permanently cancelling the licence of Smrat (Sam) Sharma, therefore, it was ordered by the Discipline Committee that the Order dated May 9, 2012 be rescinded effective the 23rd day of July 2013 as required by section 45(8) of the Real Estate Services Act.
