Summary
A discipline committee of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia (the “Council”) accepted the Consent Order Proposal submitted by Monica Shirley McKinley, and found that Ms. McKinley committed professional misconduct when she failed to adequately advise the sellers to obtain independent legal advice with respect to the terms in the addendum to the contract.
Results
