Our work environment
Our recently renovated offices offer team members an open-concept work space filled with natural light. Ergonomically designed workstations, an airy lunchroom and multiple gathering spaces for breaks, conversations and informal meetings contribute to our collaborative work culture.

Healthy working relationships are important, so we make sure that all our team members have opportunities to relax and get to know one another. We have a great social committee that organizes potlucks and parties throughout the year, in addition to our annual holiday season party and a summer event.

To allow staff flexibility in their hours of work, RECBC provides modified flex time arrangements. Employees may choose to start between 7:00am – 10:00am, and for some positions occasional work from home options are available.
