Reporting to and under the direction of the Manager, Technology, the Technical Support Specialist is primarily responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to all staff, including executive level positions, in a Microsoft environment. The Technical Support Specialist will also be occasionally expected to support external stakeholders with video conferencing and web applications. As well as providing technical support, the Technical Support Specialist will be involved in managing several day to day operational technologies including performing maintenance tasks and procedures. The Technical Support Specialist will also assist the Manager of Technology with IT projects.

Reporting to and under the direction of the Manager, Compliance, the Compliance Assistant (CA) provides investigative and administrative support to the Manager, Compliance, and to other compliance team members and Council staff. Working in a fast-paced and supported work environment, the CA is expected to provide proactive support to assist in the effective and timely progress of compliance investigations.
