Now, when you send a completed disclosure form to a consumer using the app, this is the email the consumer will receive, with the disclosure form attached:

Using the RECBC Forms App allows you to digitally fill out the Disclosure of Representation in Trading Services and the Disclosure of Risks to Unrepresented Parties forms with consumers. You can choose to use the app or the print forms to meet your disclosure requirements.
- Open the RECBC Forms App using the web browser on your mobile device (Use Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android)
- Add the RECBC Forms App to your browser homescreen
- Open the RECBC Forms App from your homescreen and follow the prompts
