Summary
A discipline committee of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia (the "Council") accepted the Consent Order Proposal submitted by Gursharan Singh Panesar, and found that Gursharan Singh Panesar committed professional misconduct when he permitted bank service charges to be withdrawn from the Brokerage trust account for the month of June 2016.
Results
A discipline committee of the Council has ordered, and Gursharan Singh Panesar has agreed to, the following penalties:
- a reprimand;
- a discipline penalty of $1,000; and
