Whereas on September 20, 2005 an Order was made by a Discipline Committee of the Real Estate Council suspending the licence of Albert Waiming Luk in the public interest under section 45(2) of the Real Estate Services Act, and whereas it is no longer necessary to suspend the licence of Albert Waiming Luk, it was ordered by the Council that the Order dated September 20, 2005 be rescinded effective March 25, 2008.
