Discipline

The Real Estate Council of British Columbia is responsible for ensuring that the interests of consumers who use the services of real estate licensees are adequately protected against wrongful actions by licensees.  The Council has the authority, pursuant to the Real Estate Services Act, to hold formal hearings to inquire about possible contraventions of the Act. Where there is a finding of wrongdoing, which results in a reprimand, licence suspension or cancellation, a summary of the decision is posted below.
