Property Management Compliance Officer
The Council requires an individual to join our compliance team for the intake, assessment and investigation of complaints against real estate licensees related primarily to strata property management and rental property management services. Experience in the strata property management industry is required with rental property management experience an asset. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent judgment and analytical skills, dispute resolution skills as well as strong organizational abilities and computer proficiency. A strong grasp of the provisions of the Strata Property Act is required.

Auditor/Investigator
The Council requires an Auditor/Investigator on a one year maternity contract basis to join our team to conduct inspections on real estate brokerages, perform field investigations and review annual Accountant’s Reports. Qualifications must include a professional accounting designation. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of financial auditing standards and techniques, accounting principles and systems, and previous auditing experience. Candidates must have access to a vehicle and be available to travel throughout BC as required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
