 Manager of Human Resources

The Manager of Human Resources will work as a strategic partner with the executive team to identify and develop talent and to create the enabling HR policies and implementation strategies to support the achievement of the Council’s mandate. As a dynamic and proactive leader you will lead the full scope of people management activities at the Council. Responsibilities will include: resource planning for immediate and future needs; developing and implementing recruiting strategies; employee engagement; performance management; employee and leadership development; and compensation.
