Legal Counsel (2 positions available)
Reporting to the Director of Legal Services, Legal Counsel will work with internal staff in the investigation of complaints made to the Council and be responsible for handling files through the hearing and appeal processes under the Real Estate Services Act. The Accounting Assistant is primarily responsible for the accounts payable and banking functions, as well as various other accounting tasks to ensure that the Council’s books and records are maintained and up to date on a timely basis.
