Summary
Lanna Lea Tucker, while licensed with Century 21 Energy Realty and RE/MAX Action Realty, provided real estate services and accepted remuneration through Lanna Tucker Personal Real Estate Corporation before the personal real estate corporation was licensed. Results
A discipline committee of the Council has ordered the following:
- Ms. Tucker is reprimanded, and must pay a discipline penalty of $4,500.00 to the Council.
- Ms. Tucker must pay enforcement expenses of $1,500.00 to the Council.
As Ms. Tucker has a Personal Real Estate Corporation, the licence of Lanna Tucker Personal Real Estate Corporation is also reprimanded, and is equally responsible for paying the discipline penalty and enforcement expenses.
