Real Estate Council Cancels Licence of Denise Renee Decary

Vancouver, British Columbia, August 4, 2016 – The Real Estate Council of British Columbia has cancelled the real estate licence of Denise Renee Decary of Surrey, effective immediately.  Ms. Decary was formerly licensed with Haven Properties of Surrey.

A Discipline Hearing Committee of the Council ordered the cancellation of Ms. Decary’s licence after she deliberately breached the terms of a suspension order. The Council had suspended Ms. Decary’s licence for thirty days, from July 6, 2016 to August 4, 2016 inclusive, during which time she was prohibited from providing real estate services to or on behalf of any member of the public. The Discipline Committee found that Ms. Decary had continued to provide real estate services during her suspension.

Any concerned former clients of Ms. Decary can contact the Council at 604-683-9664.
