Vancouver, British Columbia - On November 23, 2011, pursuant to section 45 of the Real Estate Services Act, the Real Estate Council of British Columbia suspended the real estate licence of Century 21 City View Realty, North Vancouver.
The Real Estate Council suspended this licence in the public interest as a result of the failure of Century 21 City View Realty to account for trust monies it was holding on behalf of clients. This suspension remains in effect until further notice.

The Real Estate Council is a regulatory agency established by the provincial government. Itsmandate is to protect the public by enforcing the licensing and licensee conduct requirements of the Real Estate Services Act. The Council is responsible for licensing individuals and brokerages engaged in real estate sales, rental and strata property management. The Council also enforces entry qualifications, investigates complaints against licensees and imposes disciplinary sanctions under the Act.
