NOTICE OF RESCISSION ORDER

Whereas on November 8, 2007 an Order was made by a Discipline Committee of the Real Estate Council suspending the licence of Paul Song Wu under section 43(4) of the Real Estate Services Act for failure to comply with an Order by the Council requiring him to complete certain disciplinary education assignments and whereas it is no longer necessary to suspend the licence of Paul Song Wu as he has completed these assignments, it was ordered by the Council that the Order dated November 8, 2007 be rescinded effective July 28, 2008.
