NOTICE OF RESCISSION ORDER
Whereas on March 28, 2006 an Order was made by a Discipline Committee of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia suspending the licences of Dedicated Property Management Ltd., Deborah Jo Acheson and Kim Wayne Lem in the public interest under section 45(2) of the Real Estate Services Act, pursuant to section 45(4)(a) of the Real Estate Services Act, it was ordered by the Council that the Order dated March 28, 2006 be rescinded effective March 28, 2008.
